It’s all about feeling good, being good to yourself and others around you and ”doing good” every day so it becomes an actual lifestyle. When I say feeling good I don’t mean be hyper happy all the time because that’s not humanly possible. We would burn out like matches. Feeling good is a calm feeling for me, it’s an inner joy which flows through you and everything you do. It’s something you can feel through other people when you’re in their presence and you can feel when someone is just playing it. Such a natural feeling is hard to fake. Feeling good for me means admitting I’m bad sometimes, that sometimes things are just not going my way but it’s okay because it’s just life and it’s natural course. It can’t be up all the time, just like it can’t be down and bad all the time. Most simple example is nature. And just like Earth greets Winter just like Spring few months after, we should welcome our bad days sometimes, admit them and move on. Everything moves on. Change is part of that good feeling. When you learn being comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations you’ve grown. And you feel good as a result.
When it comes to us and people around us I never understood that line ”We’re all one.” It often confused me because how can I be one with people around me because we all life separate life. Even thought we hang out together we still go to separate homes and eat different food and have different life views. Than I realized it’s about that common energy you share with people. That becomes one energy. That means that we’re all one. If you’re just trying to please yourself and not care about others closest to you, you’re eventually gonna feel miserable too. Just like everyone you ever speak with in a happy positive mood will leave hyped after conversation with you. You’ll share that energy, good advice or a life lesson and make a person’s life better. And that person will make someone else’s life better and it goes on for eternity. That’s feeling good. Starting from yourself and doing good ”when no one watches”.
You have one life. It’s clishe but a fact and we all want a good one so start from yourself. If you want to feel good you actually have to do something about it and it’s not reading a thousand spiritual books, cutting yourself out from the world and meditating for years. It’s so simple actually we all miss it out. Go to bed earlier if you wanna catch some sleep. Eat somewhat healthy. Take a walk every now and then or do a few squats. Give that homeless man a dollar. Call your best friend and have a cup of coffee. Cut out the bullshit from your life. Surround yourself with radiant, inspiring people. Do what you love. Smile at that lady at the supermarket and remember that the energy you send out to the Universe is gonna turn around and hit you right back so make sure it’s grounded in good. Sea of love, S.
